Cybersquatter surrenders Oxford name
The World Intellectual Property Organisation has ruled that an Australian cybersquatter must surrender the domain name university-of-oxford.com that he had registered. The University of Oxford, which has registered a number of domain names including ox.ac.uk , challenged his right to the name.
