A partnership deal has been signed between Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi and King's College London. The agreement is to develop joint research links and a student exchange scheme, with an initial focus on world history, international relations and global, cultural and literary studies. The universities will exchange PhD students beginning in the 2009-10 academic year.
