News that St Andrews University has awarded Prince William four tickets to his graduation ceremony instead of the usual two - apparently he may have a couple of grandparents in tow - has put many noses out of joint.
But with the edifice of royal prerogative crumbling slowly, William can perhaps be forgiven for grabbing all he's offered with both Chile-bruised hands.
