IT respected

A new survey has shown that computation and IT graduates are the most highly regarded by employers. The survey, Signposts to Employability 2000, by University of Manchester Insititute of Science and Technology, produced by the Performance Indicator Project, also asked the top 200 employers which universities they rated highly.

For computation and information technology courses, UMIST graduates came top of the class. Cambridge University graduates were in second place.
