Edinburgh University plans to launch an anti-bullying website. Pamela Munn, director of the Anti-Bullying Network, said: "We want to provide a one-stop solution for anyone wanting information. We will be providing objective comment, information and help in finding other anti-bullying sites on the net such as the ones provided by Childline and the Scottish Council for Research in Education."

Network manager Andrew Mellor said the website meant new information was accessible 24 hours a day.
