IST Financial Workshop, Cyprus

A one-day workshop on financial issues relating to the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will be held on 24 February in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The workshop is being organised by the Research Promotion Foundation as part of the Finance-NMS-IST project under the FP6- IST (Information Society Technologies) thematic area.

The workshop will address four main topic areas:
- calculating a budget;
- costs and reporting;
- management reporting;
- variations, deviations and limitations of an FP6 project.

The event will also offer an insight into the functioning of financial regulations in practice, and will address the potential threats and problems associated with a project's financial management.
