IP debate on ice

The debate over changing the way Cambridge University and its academics exploit ideas commercially will rumble on for another week. A meeting of the Regent House - Cambridge's 3,000-strong governing body - reached no conclusion about intellectual property right proposals this week and will continue deliberations next Tuesday.
