The second international sea health nutrition symposium will take place on 23 and 24 September in Granville, France.
The symposium will bring together researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders from industry to discuss the use and enhancement of sea products for healthcare and scientific purposes.
The following topics will be addressed during the event:
- studies on the use of sea products in the treatment of cancer and diabetes;
- enhancement of algae, algae extracts, shellfish, and oyster extracts in cosmetics and dietetics;
- athlete's health and the sea.
Researchers will have an opportunity, during the event, to present their projects, as well as establish beneficial contacts with members of industry and other scientists.
