The Congress's objectives are to promote the European experience for Retrofitting of existing -houses, to encourage more finance sources from Europe and worldwide as well as the private initiatives in the field of EE & RES in order to make better the investment climate in SE Europe; to attract more investments and venture capital companies in the Region of SE Europe and CIS; to find the best financing mechanisms.

Key players from the private and public sectors at regional and international level, including representatives of European institutions, project developers, property managers, energy efficiency experts, investors, ESCOs, financial institutions, installation and construction companies, equipment manufacturers, policy makers, municipalities representatives, etc.
