Information event on photonic components and the fifth IST call

An information event on photonic components - the subject of the fifth call for proposals under the information society technologies (IST) strand of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place on 28 June in Brussels, Belgium.

Commission officials will give an introduction to the call, its objectives, and background information. An experienced evaluator will also give an insight into what happens to project proposals, and a successful proposer will give practical tips on how to present a project idea.
