Improving and networking energy RTD information systems - prior information notice

The European Commission has published a prior information notice for a contract to improve and network energy research and technological development (RTD) information systems and assess the user's needs.

The aims of the study are to contribute to improving and networking energy RTD information systems by:
- providing a well documented assessment of users' needs at European level;
- helping to identify possible options towards user friendly and cost effective networking of energy RTD information systems.
