IBM camp aims to turn girls on to engineering

IBM Greenock is hosting a week-long technology camp for 30 Scottish schoolgirls in a bid to boost their interest in science and maths and to encourage them to consider a career in engineering.

Jane McNeill, business operations manager, said: "We'll be providing young women with positive role models and hands-on experience."
