On 10 June 2004 the Council gave its political agreement to the draft Council Joint Action on aspects of the operation of the European satellite radionavigation system affecting the security of the European Union, as set out in document 9569/04 .

The text of the draft Council Joint Action has been revised by the Legal/Linguistic experts and is now available in all EU languages.

In these circumstances, Coreper is invited to recommend to the Council to adopt the draft Council Joint Action on aspects of the operation of the European satellite radionavigation system affecting the security of the European Union, as set out in document 9566/04 CAB 32 PESC 388 TRANS 201 MAR 87 AVIATION 116 RECH 98.
