Peep admires the UCU for divulging the e-mail addresses of its joint general secretaries, so members can go straight to the top with their concerns and compliments. But the move may have backfired - academics e-mailed the pair in droves about last week's pay deal, many complaining angrily that the leadership had sold them short.
