How the government sees Moocs (video)

David Willetts, minister for universities and science, gives a few observations on how the coalition government views massive open online courses

He was speaking at the Moocs: What have we learned, emerging themes and what next conference, which was held in London last month (January 2014).

The event was a collaboration between the University of London International Programmes, the Observatory on Borderless Higher Education, and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.
