Andrew Smith of University College London will recreate your house in 3D virtual reality if you send him a set of photographs. The offer is part of a year-long experiment in communal city-building in cyberspace (www.casa.ucl.ac.uk/30 days), using software from the US company ActiveWorlds.com. The company now offers a free starter pack to educational users.
