Arts Institute at Bournemouth

Lianne Rivett
has been awarded the A.M. Johns Charitable Trust Award for work in the Interactive Media Section. She will travel to Helsinki to conduct further research into wireless technology;
Zoe Wiseman was awarded the J. Sainsbury plc Travel Award, to enable her trip to Japan to do research into packaging;
Richard Bloss was awarded the British Aerosol Manufacturers' Association Attachment Award, also in the packaging category.

University of Salford

Richard Varey
, school of management, has been awarded the title of reader.

Christopher Tower Poetry Prize

Rebecca Dudley
of High Storrs School, Sheffield, has been presented with the Christopher Tower Poetry Prize organised by Christ Church at the University of Oxford.
