Health boost for NW

Liverpool and Manchester universities have pooled expertise in medicine, law and bioethics to produce an institute devoted to medical ethics. The institute is funded by the two universities and by the North West Regional Health Authority. Its executive director is Michael Jones, who holds a chair in law which has just been sponsored by Stopforth Bright Anderson, which specialises in health law.
