Hair raising

Balding but still in your early 30s? Head for Japan, where scientists have filed a patent for a hair restorer. Its name slips easily off the tongue if you are a bit embarrassed about asking for it at the chemist. It is called 3-(4-hydroxy-3,5-bis(2-methyl-2-butenyl)phenyl)-2-propenoic acid.
