Graduates opt for further study

Recruiters have slashed their graduate intakes this year as the economic downturn continues. This has led many graduates to consider postgraduate study. Of 4,000 UK undergraduates surveyed by, almost half said they would choose a business programme. Engineering and technology continued to be unpopular.
