Government labs to be reviewed by Defra

Three government laboratories - the Veterinary Laboratories Agency, the Central Science Laboratory and the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research - are to have their work reviewed by a team attached to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
