Students at the University of North London have finally elected a president. The university did not hold elections last year, leaving the union with no sabbatical officers, even though the university is merging with London Guildhall this August.
Now Stavroula Konidari, who acted as union administrator last year while completing her full-time degree in marketing and mass communications, has been elected president. The Diary wishes her luck.
