Every college and university in Wales is to appoint an academic as "entrepreneurship champion" as part of a £50m four-year project to remedy the shortage of business start-ups.

The Slovene IEDC-Bled School of Management is to lead a consortium of business schools from Slovenia and Bosnia in a programme to assist managers of small and medium-sized private companies in the Balkans.
