A former internet web consultant has been ordered to pay at least £100,000 costs after losing a disability discrimination tribunal she brought against Warwick University.
Yael Kahn was claiming up to £250,000 compensation for constructive dismissal because extra work was given to her by managers after a car crash left her with debilitating spinal injuries. She is considering an appeal.
