Poland's Poznan science and technology park will hold a brokerage event on food technologies, FOOD-TECH 2003, on 18 September.
The event is aimed at innovative entrepreneurs wishing to develop their activities in the food industry, and will provide an opportunity for participants to present new technologies.
In particular, the event will address:
- food processing;
- additives;
- packaging, storage and control.
