Firefighting pays off

Dramatic newspaper reports implying that City University had been destroyed by the fire earlier this year worried the institution so much that it ran a big newspaper advertising campaign, paid for by insurers. Initial figures suggest the damage will not be too bad. The university expects to fall short of its 1,350 target by about 100 students.
