'Failing' Wirral courses become 'satisfactory'

Quality watchdogs have upgraded "failing" provision at Wirral Metropolitan College to "satisfactory".

Last year, the college received bottom grade 5s from funding council inspectors in governance, management, quality assurance, and support for students, along with six grade 4s in other areas.
