Ex-Oxbridge rule

A quarter of MPs and 42 per cent of peers in Parliament were educated at Oxbridge, a report by the Sutton Trust charity reveals this week. The report also says that Labour MPs who serve as members of the Government are more likely to have been to Oxbridge (23 per cent) than Labour backbenchers (15 per cent).
