The European spectrum management conference will take place at in Brussels, Belgium, on 29 and 30 March, subtitled 'Driving forward the implementation of spectrum trading and liberalisation in Europe.'
The event will debate the issues surrounding radio spectrum use, and what issues need to be resolved before new systems can be implemented prior to a proposed pan-EU radio frequency marketplace. The event will be of interest to those working in and around the spectrum management industry.
Speakers will include the EU Commissioner for Information Society and Media, Viviane Reding, Dr Christian Menzel, the head of spectrum management at Siemens, and OFCOM's director of spectrum markets, Graham Louth.
