European IST Conference - Bucharest, 8 December

FIMAN Development Services, the coordinator of the European IST project, will organize on 8 December 2006 the "EUROPEAN IST Conference". The event will take place in Bucharest, Romania at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

The launch of the 7th Framework Programme in the near future and the related preparatory stages play an important role in our activity as well as the improvement of better information of the potential participants on European Research and integration activities. SMEs will have a key role and opportunities for better information and contacts with research providers.

The conference will focus mainly on the IST FP7 Work Programme for the period 2007-2013, IST strategy, FP7 for SMEs,. Clustering of IST FP6 SSAs projects and their achievements will also be addressed.

In this context, the Conference will bring together scientists, representatives of SMEs and other stakeholders who will find real opportunities to integrate European projects under "Information and communication technologies (ICT)" priority of the FP7.
