European brokerage event on sensors and sensing systems

Brussels, 22 Jul 2003

A European brokerage event on sensors and sensing systems will take place from 7 to 9 of September in Cambridge, UK.

The event will gather technology users and developers in industry and academia from across Europe with a view to generating new research opportunities in the field of sensors.

Some of the areas to be addressed during the event are:
- aerospace
- pharmaceuticals
- healthcare
- the process industry
- manufacturing
- consumer goods

The event will also explore the current funding opportunities for collaborative research and technological development under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) and the EUREKA programme.
