Enrolment figures recover

Some 1,700 school-leavers entered higher education this year along with 64,800 21 to 24-year-olds, according to data published this week by the Higher Education Statistics Agency. It marks the recovery of full-time undergraduate numbers among the older age group to the same level as before tuition fees were introduced.
