The aim of the New Observing Techniques programme is to encourage the development of novel Earth Observation instrumentation and techniques. Such developments must either facilitate, or contribute directly to the NERC Science Strategy.
Bids are welcomed from all sectors of the environmental science community, including those areas which have not bid into this scheme previously. Proposals are invited for bids for funding which will position the NERC science community to take advantage of future satellite mission opportunities.
