* Claims of discrimination and victimisation made by an MA student against the University of Durham were dismissed in court this week.
The judge at Newcastle County Court said there was no suggestion of conscious or unconscious race bias. Oladapo Ogundipe, a postgraduate on an MA course in managerial economics, had made a number of complaints after failing some modules.
