5 Council of the European Union Declaration of 25 March 2004 on Combating Terrorism, document of Delegations will find attached the draft "Rules of Procedure for a COST Domain Committee" taking account of changes consequent to the new COST Domain Structure as approved by the CSO at its 163rd meeting on 23/24 November 20051.

The JAF Group examined the document at its meeting on 15/16 February 2006 and agreed to submit the document to the 164th CSO meeting on 29/30 March 2006 for approval.
