Lucky students at McGill University in Montreal found an alternative to the financial aid office last week. A campus cash machine was paying out C$40 bills but showing withdrawals of just C$20 after a bank official put twenties in the ten slot. The bank is letting those who benefited from the bonanza keep the cash.
