The European Commission's Research DG has published a prior information notice of a call for tenders for examining the design of research programmes, and private sector interaction in the decision making processes of public research.

The contract is divided into two parts. The first part is aimed at identifying elements of national research programmes that are important for the establishment of a European Research Area (ERA). The estimated budget for this study is 200,000 euro.
