The annual report of the Department for Education and Skills, formerly the Department of Education and Employment, was published this week.
The departmental report details spending plans in all education sectors up to 2003-04. Spending for 2003-04 will change because of extra money committed to the DFES in next month's Treasury review of departmental spending, covering 2003-04 to 2005-06.
