Dali look at Dallas

Mireia Montane, director of the European office of Catalunya's education department, told an Educational Institute of Scotland conference about moves to promote the Catalan language after its 40-year ban under Franco that one particularly successful strategy had been to use it for the television subtitles to Dallas.
