The government recently published its response to the Library and Information Commission's Empowering the Learning Community report.
It sets out its action plan for responding to the commission's recommendations in Annex D. Unfortunately, Annex D appears to have gone AWOL from our copy - and has yet to be relocated by the Department for Education and Employment.
