Coventry University has said it wants to become the UK's first "international" university after announcing the creation of a team that will give students increased opportunities to study worldwide. The service will be housed at Coventry's Student Centre and will be manned by its Careers and Employability Service. Both British-based and international students will be eligible for a variety of overseas options, including volunteering, teaching, sporting activities and academic study funded by Erasmus, the Europe-wide student-exchange programme.
