CORDIS, the European Commission's Research and Development Information Service, is offering comprehensive coverage of partnership requests to participate in the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
The Partners service covers requests from companies, research institutions and universities, highlighting their interest in specific FP6 thematic programmes. An improved feature now enables users to also specify the activity areas and instruments they in which they wish to take part. Registered partners are invited to update their profiles to benefit from these new identification tools.
In addition, the dedicated search interface provides means to pinpoint potential co-players according to themes and specific instruments. The search feature will soon also operate at the level of activity areas.
This free service is a key tool for finding the best research partners and building up new networks and technology-oriented partnerships. CORDIS offers great visibility to over 5,000 organisations, facilitating their involvement in FP6. http://partners-service.cordis.lu
