The European Commission and ESA June 10 signed the Foundation Act of the GALILEO Joint Undertaking.
This Act designates the representatives of both founding parties to the Joint Undertaking's Administrative Board and Executive Committee and will allow for a rapid establishment of the Joint Undertaking in the coming weeks.
