Comments invited on draft model contracts

The European Commission is inviting feedback on the initial work of the model contract working group. The final model contract document will be influenced by responses to these drafts.

The model contract working group was set up to draft model contracts for the new instruments of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) - integrated projects and networks of excellence. The publication of the group's working documents is intended to foster discussion and comment.

The published documents reflect initial discussions only, and not the Commission's final position.
