Welsh students have found an unlikely champion in their campaign to stop the Welsh Assembly Government from introducing top-up fees next year.
The comedian Ricky Gervais has given his permission for Cardiff students' union to record a version of his song Freelove Freeway , which was sung by Gervais's character, David Brent, in the BBC TV series The Office .
NUS Wales has now made the tune the anthem for a national demonstration to be held in London on October 29.
