Clouds, Water Vapour and Climate

The NERC thematic programme on Clouds Water Vapour and Climate announces its third round of funding. Proposals are invited in all areas covered by the science plan for the thematic programme, however priority will be given to proposals in the following areas:

a. Investigations of the distribution of water vapour and the factors controlling the distributions of water vapour in the atmosphere. These studies should focus on the climatological importance of water vapour.
b. Investigations of deep convection.
c. Application of the scientific issues addressed by the programme to the global scale.

Full proposals are invited from individuals or consortia. Proposals, however, should not exceed eight pages in length, and £500K in total.
