A third of US university students use the internet to visit sexually explicit sites and 11 per cent to visit sites that describe how to make or use illegal drugs. The good news is that communications professor Timothy Rumbough of Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania found that 93 per cent of students surfed the net for education purposes. The bad news: 15 per cent used it to cheat on class assignments.
