The disabled loos that the University of Central England, Birmingham, dutifully installed recently are causing more problems than anticipated. Security guards keep catching students in flagrante in them.
Officially, the university says it is "a dignified and slightly stuffy university and not really in favour of this sort of thing". Unofficially, however, it is quietly chuffed that the student body has displayed such initiative.
