Cash injection for adult learners' advice

The government is spending Pounds 50 million over the next three years to develop local information and advice networks for adult learners.

The aim is to build on existing networks and the database of learning opportunities the University for Industry is building and also link with the Learning Direct careers helpline. Responses to the consultation document, Local Information, Advice and Guidance for Adults in England - Towards a National Framework, are invited by February 12.
