Another success for Pakistani cricket - no, not the 2-0 drubbing of England in the Test series but the appointment of former captain Imran Khan as chancellor of Bradford University. Whether Mr Khan will stir students to great feats on the sports field remains to be seen. It is also unclear if this role will see Mr Khan, who has been pursuing a career in politics in Pakistan, emulate Bradford's first chancellor, the late prime minister Harold Wilson, in leading his country.
